Comment:
I had to fit new tyres to my car and already had a pair of Goodyear Eagle F1s (sadly no longer available in my cars size). The Vredesteins went on the front, with the Goodyear F1s going on the rear (I'd previously had F1s all around). The Vredestein Hi-Tracs are good, quite grippy, though the front understeers more than previously so I suspect they're not quite as grippy as the F1s, nor are they as communicative. However, they are quieter, and have better braking performance in a straight line, and give much more confidence in standing water, so overall I'm happy with them.
