I've run these winter tyres for 20,000 miles Sept-Apr. Now switching to summer tyres. Tyre wear is 50% which I am pleased with. Majority of mileage was UK roads so wet & cold rather than snow. Grip and braking in wet and dry excellent and noticeably better than on summer or all year tyres. Also went to the Alps and used on fresh and compacted snow - the grip was amazing - a revelation. I didn't need to bother with chains.
