I have used these tires in winter conditions in VT on ski trips. Excellent snow tires on a front wheel drive Volvo Wagon. My friend followed me one day down a mountain road, he was driving a Honda CRV with regular all season tires and he couldn't believe how good I was going thru the snow and up hills, he said he was having all kinds of trouble. These tires on a front wheel drive vehicle put SUV all season tires to shame. I have used these tires before on a Volvo sedan with great winter driving and never had a problem, they are the best you can buy in my opinion
