Comment:
When the snow is big, these tires will get you out of trouble. The Continental Wintercontact tires I have on my new car are not so good when there is a lot of snow. However, the Sava S3-s are a bit noisy when running on dry asphalt at great speed.

Since I live in Slovenia (SAVA used to be local factory) we used SAVA from ages ago. But after G.Y. bought factory, this rubber is peace of junk. At least smaller sizes made in Poland (up to 14''). Deadly dangerous on wet and realy poor on dry. SAVA eskimo is for "Eskimos" only. When temperatures are lower then +2deg.celsius tyre transforms from pencil rubber into unbelievably good performer on dry, snow or ice (even on wet, before freezes). It is so unbalanced! Under not so freezing temp. wears out realy fast. Since I know even cheaper SPORTIVA snowwin, there is no returning to Sava again. I own another car with 15'' SAVA eskimo, with totaly different behavior (made in SLO).
